Siobhán Hapaska

Hapaska is best known for her futuristic fibreglass sculptures which juxtapose exotic natural elements and modern manufacturing techniques. In these new works she replaces high-sheen surfaces with found objects: leather, wood, buffalo skull and goat skins. Siobhán Hapaska's first solo exhibition in the UK in ten years will include an outdoor sculpture created during a residency at Camden Arts Centre.
