About
Please join us as we celebrate launch party for Sing for Hope Pianos | London Edition on the evening of November 13, 2019, from 6.30 – 9.00pm, at art space Elephant West located next to White City tube. The London Edition will run from November to December 2019 and benefit the arts mental health not-for-profit Hospital Rooms with a donation of the painted piano to Bluebird House Ward, Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, afterwards.
Along with drinks and canapes. the evening will include a live performance at the piano, by performing artist Joe Webb, plus a special guest appearance by the Staff Band of Bluebird House.
Liquitex strongly believes that art needs to be accessible to all and so we we're proud to announce the London Edition of our partnership with Sing for Hope, a US-based music not-for-profit that supports at risk and fledgling music programmes internationally. Sing for Hope Pianos is a collaboration of art and music where the non-profit provides beautifully painted, quality pre-owned pianos to schools and community centers around the world.
We are thrilled that the award-winning and socially engaged artist Stuart Semple has generously agreed to donate his time and creativity to designing and painting our London piano.
