About
Sick! is a contemporary art exhibition funded by Arts Council England and supported by Medway Councils Arts Team. Featuring twelve artists who are affected by invisible chronic health conditions – work that covers a diverse range of disciplines, media and conditions; from bipolar to colitis, from dementia to fibromyalgia.Sick! makes the invisible visible. It brings wit to the dull pain associated with chronic illness. It brings verve to feelings of listlessness. It brings people together instead of them feeling isolated. It brings humour and colour to the difficult path people living with illness tread.
