SHRINE is thrilled to announce that we are moving into a new Lower East Side gallery space just around the corner from our current home.
Starting August 2018, we will share space at 179 East Broadway with Sargent’s Daughters in a new collaborative venture. Each gallery will present unique programming in separate sections of the venue, and SHRINE and Sargent’s Daughters will occasionally work together to curate ambitious joint exhibitions in the full gallery space.
To celebrate the gallery's newly-announced representation of California artist, Billy White, SHRINE will exhibit new paintings and sculptures by White, who creates his work at the NIAD Art Center in Richmond, CA. Sargent's Daughters will present the debut solo exhibition of painter Emily Furr, entitled "Motherfuck". Both shows open August 3rd.
