Selected members of London Potters have been invited to show their work in the showcases of the Exhibition Space of the Barbican Library
The pieces selected range from delicately spun porcelain vessels to finely slab-built pieces; from precisely controlled surface decoration to the random colours of fuming.
Clay has been manipulated with skill and creativity to produce thrown ware as well as hand-built compositions and wall-pieces. Colour, texture and shape come together in the works of 30 members of London Potters, exploring function, whimsy, volume and line and limited only in their size by the constraints of the showcases.
All works are for sale.
