SHOW TiMEà returns to Riverside Studios toà present a line up ofà extraordinary artists making contemporary performance work. Opening aà new space in Londonà for artists and audiences toà come together and experiment, hostsà Present Attemptà combineà works in development and completed performancesà to give youà two diverse days of theatrical experiments.àÂ
Inà Projector/Conjector,à Mamoru Iriguchià will be treating us to a technologically wacky meeting between a girl and a boy who dance wearing a TV and projector on their heads.à Dan Canhamà will be presenting hisà eloquent and heartbreaking elegy for a lost and ruined theatre,à 30 Cecil Street - aà performance of fragments of memories, of wild nights and long-disappeared communities.à Inà Imagine me to be There,à Sylvia Rimatà will occupy the studio withà drumkits, knifes, a human performer and laptops in a playful and subtle experiment in which the âreal' and âimagined' intertwine subtly and gently start echoing back and forth.
We are also hosting aà series of works in development by Michael Pinchbeck, Rachel Mars, Greg McLaren and Tom Marshman.à We hope you can join us on the river to support the event and all the artists involved.
