AboutThe Shortlist 6 exhibition features work by the four artists shortlisted for the 2013 / 14 Adam Reynolds Memorial Bursary.
This bursary, established by Shape in memory of sculptor Adam Reynolds, is for mid-career disabled visual artists and offers a three month residency at a high profile gallery and £5000 bursary. In 2014 our successful recipient was Aaron McPeake, who took up residency at Spike Island, Bristol.
Shape's annual Shortlist exhibition is an opportunity to showcase the breadth of talent and standard of submissions to this unique and notable art award.
Exhibiting artists: Christopher Sacre, David Lock, The Vacuum Cleaner and Aaron McPeake (2014 bursary recipient).
This year Shape are collaborating with the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design at the Royal College of Arts to bring an exciting new twist to the residency, offering the opportunity to explore and respond to the V&A's collection with a focus on inclusive design.
