Daniel Garbade exhibits SEN 2,
Garbade enters into the theme of duality and twins. He treats it as the coexistence of identical characters and elements but with small differences. From his point of view, the same does not exist, each look at a duplicate element makes them different. Similarity unites the two, but their essence will always be different.
Both images are the same in their formal characteristics, but they differ minimally depending on the eye that looks at them. This is shown in the portrait of his friend and poet Leopoldo Alas, where he shows us a duplicate image of the character as if we were seeing him reflected in a mirror.
