Futura Art Gallery presents "Second Skin" on Saturday 6th July: live performance by Robert Gligorov. We will witness “shapes that move in space in plastic poses to create sculptures called tableaux vivent in a rainbow of colors that generate harmony, a quote from the Living Theater, beauty and a play of roles. Whoever is under the skin of Second Skin has the freedom to express, thanks to the filter of the mask, its most hidden impulses ”.

In this performance Gligorov winks at a deliberately seductive language, hidden by an iconographic sensuality that characterizes his stylistic figure. With the lightness of his acting he invites to participate emotionally, and why not ideally, to the joy that generates an alien context but which is familiar, an invitation to a collective masked party. The five colors as a logo of what culture has accustomed us to define with the term ethnicity.

"The color of the skin, a subject covered by literature and above all by history, has erroneously generated ideals that have led to various wars in the world. To say race is fake, there is no one, the human species exists. The multi-ethnicity, the acceptance of the different, of the other, is still in the process of acculturation (bakarach) and the process, however painful, is inevitable and will lead us to a homogeneous and constructive coexistence. Diversity as a source of inspiration, as an opportunity for cultural growth for humanity "- declares the artist.
