About

The inaugural exhibition, SCRUB DOWN, presented by BEASTONProjects, launches Margate's brand new project space, MARGATE WASHHOUSE. The show will present recent paintings from the artists alongside a joint painting installation from the couple, responding to Margate and the cumulative past of the Washhouse building as a site for expurgating - be it dirty laundry, sexuality or sexual shame, or a confused nostalgia.
