A free workshop led by screendance specialist Jeannette Ginslov exploring the genre of Screendance and AR (Augmented Reality).
About
Led by Screendance specialist Jeannette Ginslov, the workshop explores the genre of Screendance and AR (Augmented Reality).
Through a series of exercises and improvisations, participants will explore choreography and movement for the dancer and camera. Participants will then be shown how to create their own Augmented Reality videos using the free 'Aurasma' app.
No specialist equipment required, just bring a smartphone to film the dancers. If you have your own filming/editing equipment, feel free to bring it a long to use the workshop. Gallery staff will be on hand for technical assistance, if needed.
