Two projects, curated by Patrick Morrissey and Hanz Hancock of Saturation Point, the London-based online editorial and curatorial arts platform.

About

The Momentum is a project that brings together work by artists who have contributed and significantly supported the Saturation Point project since its inception in 2014, either in terms of writing, or works submitted for projects and exhibitions. It reflects the remit of Saturation Point, which is to examine and contextualise the work of systems, reductive and non-objective artists, mainly working in the UK. The project is open to discovering and supporting the work of new and established artists, whose work explores notional boundaries that are not ostensibly within the project’s remit but are similar in intention.
The companion event, Relative Trajectories, is the first limited edition of artists’ prints produced by and for the Saturation Point project. Again, the artists whose work features in this project have played an active role in developing awareness in the UK of the non-objective, geometric and systems canon within the broader context of contemporary British abstraction.
