Submissions are open for the first annual San Francisco Photo Book Fair, which we will be hosting ath the Harvey Milk Photo Center next October. We will showcase work from artists, publishers, and anyone in between — submissions are open to anyone 18 and older in any location.
About
The first annual San Francisco Photo Book Fair will be held October 18th and 19th 2025 at the Harvey Milk Photo Center in San Francisco, California. This fair is limited to any book or book adjacent object in which photographs or images make a significant contribution to the overall content. Acceptable material ranges from zines to coffee table books, hand bound books, folios, sculptural books, etc.Participation is open to anyone internationally, including artists, collectives, and publishers.
We reserve the right to decline participation to anyone whose work doesn't qualify as being image-forward. We cant provide any housing, lodging, or financial support for travel. Applicants can request to be considered for a scholarship by checking the box in the application form.

Costs
Full tables with wall space are $200
Full tables without wall space are $150
Half tables are $75
