About
THE SPRING SALON KUIPERDOMINGOS PROJECTS brings
together artist-run initiatives from Berlin, Amsterdam and
surroundings to celebrate the artist-led approach to worldbuilding and
art as a platform for meeting and cooperating in favour of peace,
inclusion and building alternative futures.
Hans Kuiper and Tiny Domingos started their collaboration in 2011 in
Berlin. They founded an artist-run initiative and organized several
exhibitions in the frame of ´Kolonie Wedding´ (one of the oldest
associations of artist-run spaces in Germany) including the famous
Kuiperdomingos Projects Salon with 52 participants that took place in
dec. 2011. The current exhibition is a continuation of the collaboration
between the two artists/curators and their artist-run initiatives:
ROSALUX and kunstruimte411.
THE SPRING SALON KUIPERDOMINGOS PROJECTS brings
together 36 artists from Hamburg, London, Marseille, Amsterdam &
surroundings and includes a selection of artworks by artists from
Berlin´s Kolonie Wedding association.
