For one night only, Salon Artistocrat’s unique art extravaganza, “House of Beauty” took over CNB Gallery.
Salon Artistocrat presented carefully selected work by emerging and established artists from all genres of the Arts in an otherworldly immersive experience. This artistic affair looked at the relationship between different art forms, including fashion, music, dance, fine art and more.
Black Cow Vodka and Mottra Caviar kept guest well watered and well fed throughout the evening. Exhibiting artists and designers included Victoria Grant, Tim Lee, Natacha Marro, Andy Farrow, Nina Mae Fowler and Anya Charikov-Mickleburgh to name a few.
Sean Mahoney hosted the event, introducing acts and also reciting poetry. We had an eccentric dance, choreographed by Lindy Nsingo which presented fashion outfits designed by Stephanie Szumlakowski and Sadie Clayton. All of this was enjoyed whilst listening to the sweet jive of the jazz band lead by Giovanni Boscarino.
Salon Artistocrat illuminates the emerging zeitgeist uniting all artistic spirit in the transient environment of restaurants and bars within London. This novelty art hub is indulgent in representing an eccentric fusion of different art disciplines.
The ethos of Salon Artistocrat was realised by Olga MacKenzie, during her time working for the Couture Boutique of Vivienne Westwood. Olga established strong relationships with high profile couture clients and also many friendships inside the creative scene in London. The concept of Salon Artistocrat was born to unite artist and art lovers in a decadent and sophisticated environment, and for the first one, CNB Gallery.
