This October residents and visitors alike will be in for a visual treat on a grand scale, as artists from the city and its environs invite all in to peruse, learn about and maybe snap up their work at this year's Salisbury Art Trail. From sculpture to painting, pottery to photography and everything in between, the Art Trail will take visitors on an optical journey through this most beautiful of Cathedral cities. Front rooms, cafes, studios and business premises will open their doors, offering a warm welcome to all. There will be opportunities for all to get involved, from artists' workshops to camera clinics to guided walks, some of the latter kindly provided by Salisbury City Guides. Combined with two fabulous community projects — Paint Off and Wear Your Art (which is sponsored by Wiltshire Council) - Salisbury will be alive with creativity this autumn. Trinity Photography's Anthony von Roretz LMPA will be exhibiting landscapes and architecture from around Salisbury and further afield.
