SAF Hook Up SHOW, PROMOTE & TALK ABOUT YOUR WORK COLLABORATE WITH MORE CREATIVES USE THE NETWORK TO FIND SUPPORT FOR YOUR PROJECTS! SAF Hook Up is a networking event that aims to build bridges and make connections between creatives from varying disciplines. Come to the sessions with cards in hand, ready to promote your work, find future creative partners and network within the artist community. SAF Hook Up will be showcasing work from all disciplines at these sessions. In our first session we will be presenting Dirk Larsen, visual artist and Suzanne Gorman, Maya Productions. Dirk Larsen "I recently arrived from Bristol to live in Peckham, and have a studio in the Bussey Building. Over the years I've exhibited mostly internationally, ranging from Documenta 7 in Kassel, (when I did Performance as Reindeer Werk,) to paintings at Studio D'Arte Raffaelli in Trento, Italy. I will be showing images of new work; small constructions, that are generally rather unpopular with my previous gallerists, as they're somewhat different from the work I did before. When people are used to getting oranges from you, they can prove to be reluctant buyers of apples." Maya Productions makes theatre that reflects and celebrates diversity.
