The exhibition “Resetting in the new high” is an exhibition that enables the viewers to face and reflect on our fears, which then enables them to reset themselves by healing from this fear and readjusting the way we perceive things around us, which helps us to reach a higher level of happiness.
About
The idea of resetting from our fears originated after our team had an open conversation about our phobias and ways of healing from these fears, mental health and art therapy. Furthermore, It led us to realise that we would like to help others feel comfortable in talking about their mental health and that became the main focal point of this exhibition. We wanted to use this exhibition to try to build a space where viewers can share their experiences and build a community allowing the audience to feel that they are not alone in having these fears and try to provide ways of recovering from these fears to reduce stress when experiencing these frightful situations
