The Shop & Gallery are delighted to announce that in line with Government advice, the Shop will reopen on Monday 15th June with a wide variety of work on show.
About
The designer makers of the Sussex Guild have a permanent Shop & Gallery in the lovely, historic county town of Lewes. A stunning range of original contemporary high quality work is on display and for sale including jewellery, furniture, printmaking, ceramics, metalwork, glassware, woodwork and textiles.
Due to Covid the Shop closed in March. On 15 June we are reopening and hope that you will support us to make your visit as enjoyable and safe as possible. We are following government protocol by asking visitors to use the hand sanitation provided, not to handle goods unless buying and to progress in a one-way system. There could also be some restriction on numbers which may require waiting in the beautiful Southover Gardens.
The Sussex Guild is a registered charity, with over 100 members all designer makers living in Sussex or the adjoining counties. The Shop & Gallery is run as a cooperative by Sussex Guild members, there is always a member on duty.
Gift Vouchers are available from £10 and upwards. The Guild Shop also acts as a permanent information centre for all the Guild's activities and events.
Please see our website where you will find our latest work as an “Online Shop & Gallery”. Also see @SussexGuild.Shop on Instagram, The Sussex Guild Shop & Gallery on Facebook and @TheSussexGuild on Twitter.
We very much look forward to seeing you but if you are unable to visit the Shop in person but would like to find out more about a particular maker, their work or any aspect of the Guild, please telephone 01273 479565 between 10.00 -5.00.
