About
A collection of paintings from artist Emma Sampson. Her images are bold and colourful. Emma describes her images “as anchors for the discoveries made on her life journey; particularly in exploring the territory of the elusive ‘feminine’; qualities that are within us all that have become completely overridden and overlooked within the paradigm of patriarchy.” She is deeply interested in discovering the textures of our hidden wild selves.
Emma is also gathering images for a future exhibition, that she will curate, of the same name- Remembering Wild- so come and be inspired and offer any input you may have to this project.
The artist will be present in the gallery to talk about her work on Thursday 24th, Friday 25th, Saturday 26th a.m. and again on the 29th and 30th.
There will be cards and prints available for sale during the exhibition.
