In this exhibition there is an emphasis on the intrinsic cohesion that exists between an artistic gesture and a memory.
Small, medium and large works by Italian and Brazilian artists are on display.
An evocative exhibition itinerary set up with paintings in acrylic, oil and watercolor on paper, canvas and wood and sculptures in iron and marble.

Critical text

According to the thought of the Italian poet Ugo Foscolo, art represents a possibility of survival beyond the eternal nothingness in which man swoops when he finished his life span.
The soul of man is not immortal, but the actions he carries out can be immortal, the signs he leaves can continue to live through other men.
Consequently, the artwork represents a memory and more energy, more light and vibrating matter it conveys, retains, absorbs and compresses and more rich is the memory of a past circumstance, of a period, of a life that no longer exists.
With art lives the memory of the past, the memory of the passage.
