Come along to 'Re-imagine', an exhibition where everyday materials and experiences come to life.
About
Re-imagine brings together works by a collective of artists who met at CityLit. They are interested in transforming the use of objects that are encountered, and sometimes overlooked, in daily life: words, clothing, nature, paper and fibrous materials, photographs, packaging plastics, netting and many more.
Conscious of a changing world and influenced by environmental and social concerns, they explore the ephemeral nature of everyday materials and imprint them with their personal histories, creating artworks that lead us to reconsider the often mundane but deeply personal objects that surround us.
