Workshop: Creating Immersive Worlds with Unity Technologies
ABOUT REFRAMED
Lighthouse and Creative England present Reframed, a new programme of talks and workshops exploring immersive and interactive storytelling.
The worlds of film, gaming, theatre, design, art and technology are becoming increasingly converged, with interactive and immersive environments such as 360°, virtual reality, augmented reality, mobile apps, games and interactive web-based video bringing us closer to a seamless blending of physical and virtual worlds.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
An opportunity to learn about the process of creating immersive and interactive environments using Unity, a game engine being increasingly adopted by filmmakers, artists and other creative practitioners working outside video games.
Unity Technologies is the creator of a flexible and high-performance end-to-end development platform used to create rich interactive 2D, 3D, VR and AR experiences. Unity’s powerful graphics engine and full-featured editor serves as the foundation to develop beautiful games and applications. More than an engine, it offers everything needed to develop quality content and connect with audiences across multiple platforms. Bring your ideas to life with Unity.
