About
REFLECITY (LONDON) is a photography exhibition by documentary and landscape photographer Kaan Diskaya. Kaan’s photographs provide a surreal view to the changing cityscape of London over last 6 years. He created this portfolio by taking photos from the same point. His intention was to make audience become familiar with the architectural texture, that they did not previously know, and pay attention to the changing moods of London cityscape shown in different light conditions.
Kaan created superimposed images through window reflections during his shooting process. His images break the tie between real and surreal and reveal a form of perception that plays tricks with the viewer’s mind.
Come and join us Friday 7th September for the launch of Reflecity London at Poplar Union.
