RED EYES Art Exhibition at Sisters Room
About
Immerse yourself in a exploration of perception and emotion at the "RedEYES" art exhibition. Featuring a contemporary artists, delves into the themes of vision, insight, trip, and the often-unseen narratives that shape our understanding of reality."RedEYES" invites visitors to experience a thought-provoking collection of collages, drawings, and multimedia installations that challenge conventional perspectives. The color red, symbolizing passion, urgency, and introspection, as well as anger, anctuety, tiredness, serves motif the works presented.
Artists also consider Eye as a social symbol associated with providence, and power. Mikhail Levshov, one of the participants of the exhibition, believes : “the all-seeing eye becomes not just a symbol of knowledge but of the very metaphysical transformation that occurs when one passes through portals, transitions, and liminal spaces.”
“Eyes are the mirror of the soul”: eyes can reflect our emotions, thoughts and inner state. It is a metaphor that is used to describe the depth of human feelings and the ability of the eyes to convey secret ideas and emotions, sometimes even better than words, but also a reflection of the outside world.
Each piece reflects the artists' unique interpretations and experiences, encouraging dialogue around the complexities of seeing the world through different lenses.
