Sue achieved a first class Fine Art degree from Reading University and is currently a member of the Society of Staffordshire Artists and exhibits widely across the county.
Originally trained in watercolour and oil painting, Sue is also an experienced print maker using techniques such as woodblock and lino printing. She also created one-off prints by drawing images onto paper from inked glass panels - more commonly known as 'monotypes'.
Using perspective to express the illusion of space, Sue produces work depicting many subject matters. These include figure studies drawn from life, some of which have evolved into mythological characters in fairytale scenes.
