Revati Mann is showing work made during her year as the recipient of the Acme Adrian Carruthers Award and site specific work that responds to the architecture of the Project Space.

About

Revati's cultural experience of living in London mixed with her own Indian heritage has been the source of a very particular language in her work. As an instinctive maker her practice crosses boundaries using photography, paper, paint and found objects producing extraordinary and engaging forms. Objects may be constructed on a miniature obsessive scale or as arches of colour drawn across a space, pushing the boundaries of a formal sculptural language. The work is both lyrical and engaging and at times its suggested narrative has a wry humour.
