Amanda Chambers is a British multidisciplinary working in the U.K. and Japan. Her work deals primarily with a our relationship to the past, often exploring subjects that revolve around cycles of destruction and renewal.
About
The Artist Amanda Chambers (b.1968) is a British multidisciplinary artist. Her work has been exhibited and published internationally, including commissions in Norway and Japan. She is a member of the Royal Society of Sculptors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Her work is held in public institutions and museums including Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park in Japan. In 2020 she became an elected Academician of the Royal West of England Academy (RWA), the only regional Royal Academy in the U.K.
