Rachel Garfield: Artists Talk with Socialist Magic from Ian Saville
A 6.30pm Rachel Garfield discusses The Struggle with Beaconsfield Director, Naomi Siderfin. A new series of essay films - in development observing the impact of politicised familial interactions on the formation of subjectivity in the individual.
The public talk will be followed by a live performance of Socialist Magic, at 8pm, by Ian Saville who features in the first part of the trilogy The Straggle.
The galleries will be open until 9pm for an evening viewing as part of South London Art Map LAST Fridays: the late night opening of all galleries in South London on the last Friday of every month and Beaconsfield hosts the Bankside Afterparty until late.
