A collection of portraits with sound, depicting the people whose voices surround us, but to whom we seldom give a moment's thought. Photographer Laurie Fletcher's project was inspired by the voice on the London Underground - "Please mind the gap between the train and the platform." These disembodied voices surround us every day, whether it's: "Day 35, 8:58 in the Big Brother house", an apologetic response to a misdialled telephone number, or the classified football results. Fletcher's portraits show the faces behind the famous voices.
