About
We are thrilled to host the main event of the Punk4MentalHealth festival to raise funds for mental health research and celebrate the punk culture with live music, art exhibitions and mental heathtalks!
The inaugural Punk4MentalHealth festival will occur in London from 27-31 March 2017. The event is intended to raise £40,000 to fund mental health researchat the Centre for Research in Social and psychological Transformation at the University of Roehampton. The research is led by renowned psychologist Dr. Joel Vos 'The Punk Professor'.
During the Punk4MentalHealth Festival at the Underdog Gallery, you can not only enjoy a great line up of music and talks but also over hundreds of art pieces about punk and mental health.
Several artists have donated drawings and painting, amongst whom are Jamun Moon Miah, Aiden Moore and The Punk Professor himself (we will have over 80 pieces from him!).
All art will be for sale for social profit to benefit the mental health research at the University of Roehampton including reproduction posters of all art work, hand-made t-shirts and limited edition signed museum-quality giclee prints (which could be ordered during the event and sent by post).
Time: 12pm – 1am
Admission: From £8, tickets must be purchased online in advance here: (all sales go towards the mental health research)
