PSYCHO GEOLOGY brings together three series of works by artist Elliot Fox in a presentation that explores the interconnectedness of cultures and the geographies that form them. Fox draws on his relationship to Cornwall and its rich history of alternative energies; unexplained neolithic relics, excessive quantities of radon gas and the permeation of surf and rave culture throughout the region. Fox immerses sculptures within a soundscape, and in doing so considers the deeper, unseen forces that bind us to our landscape and its resources. PSYCHO GEOLOGY is accompanied by a bespoke publication from Foolscap Editions with a fictional text by curator and writer Georgia Stephenson.
