Louise Bourgeois used Drypoint for immediacy giving voice to indelible images, to ‘put down’ before disappearance and move on. These pry into the mind.
Drypoint is made by using a steel point to scratch the metal plate, as if pen and ink on paper. There are no chemicals involved. This workshop will draw on feelings or events otherwise forgotten and perhaps tell a tale.
Euphemia MacTavish a Draughtswoman Printmaker sometimes uses Illustration.
All materials are included.
