About

The series, Explosions, is the first solo UK exhibition by the British photographer Sarah Pickering. Her images depict the pyrotechnic explosions used by the British police and military during training exercises. Contradicting in their rural setting, these dramatic bursts of flames and smoke are captured onsite, at military locations.
