AntikBar's next specialised auction will feature original Soviet propaganda and advertising posters from Czarist Russia and the USSR, including rare World War One and World War Two posters.
About
AntikBar‘s next online auction will feature a selection of propaganda and advertising posters from Tzarist Russia and the USSR. The majority of the posters in this auction are propaganda posters issued in the Soviet Union, some under Joseph Stalin. There are several examples of rare WWI bond posters as well as rare WWII posters. Artists include V. Deni, V. Koretsky, D. Moor, Apsit and others. Advertising is represented by Constructivist designs from the NEP (New Economic Policy) era as well as 1950s advertising posters.
The auction will start at 5pm (UK time) on Saturday 28 May.
A preview will be available at their gallery from 11am-7pm on Wednesday 25 to Friday 27 May and from 11am-4pm on Saturday 28 May.
