Art comes to Canning Town! The latest exhibition at the Hub features work by Raymond Daley, Gary Tennant and Helen Weekes. The work juxtaposes community, creation and the deconstructive aspects of colonialism towards a multifaceted interpretation of culture and being. There will be 2 Not So Private Views: Thursday 22 May 6.30pm to 9.00pm Wednesday 25 June 6.30pm to 9.00pm Raymond Daley is a fine artist working mainly in oil and acrylic and focusing on different African themes and states of Black consciousness. Gary Tennant says My art and music go hand in hand, how do I describe my affair with art? I just love beautiful things"
