About
Angela Tait and Ian Clegg’s new solo show ‘position open’ will preview in conjunction with the VIP reopening of Manchester Victoria station on Tuesday 6th October 2015 from 9am.
This show, an artistic response to the history, change and community of the station features the pair’s quirky mix of ceramics and photography. Paper coffee cups immortalised in clay and used as vessels for carrying images are installed alongside other familiar station objects.
The show is open 9-5 until the 21st October on the station concourse next door to Java coffee.
The artists will be at the station all day on the 6th October to greet visitors and take part in the celebrations surrounding the grand reopening of the station.
