Thursday 2 April, 11am to 4pm - Portfolio Review with Jean Noble RI
"The boundary between representation and abstraction is of particular interest to me. My image begins with something seen, a building, landscape or object taken out of context or a particular light. The finished pieces evolve out of a process of continual change and an innate knowledge of colour and composition."
Saturday 4 April, 11am to 4pm - Portfolio Review with Ann Kilvington RI
"My work is mainly concerned with the exploration of the landscape, particularly of estuaries and industrial sites, and more recently of the Burgundian landscape. I am interested in the layering of experiences seen and felt. Mood, atmosphere, weather and a sense of place all affect the way in which I approach a painting."
Thursday 16 April, 11am to 4pm - Portfolio Review with Ann McCormack RI
"My work has taken many directions in subject matter and at various times has moved across all mediums of oil, acrylics and mixed media, with watercolour always dominating. Subjects have also been ‘on the move’ with interior scenes featuring people in everyday situations becoming the subjects for which I have received most acclaim."
No need to book, just drop in, but be prepared to wait your turn if there is a queue.
