About

Led by resident artist Daniel Salomon, this workshop will be an introduction to the basic principles of fermentation, as well as the philosophical and political implications of fermenting at home.

During the workshop, participants will produce their own sauerkraut, kimchi and creative vegetable pickling. They will also have the chance to sample some of the fermentation experiments that Daniel Salomon has produced during this residency.

This event is part of The Politics of Food: Season 2.
