In honour of Franklyn Rodgers’ exhibition Devotion, join us as three exceptional poets share their visions of family, heritage, and relationships spanning generations.
About
In the midst of the Windrush scandal, Poems for Loretta centres the voices of rising Black British Caribbean poets: Anita Barton-Williams and Jeremiah ‘Sugar J’ Brown. A third feature will be announced.
Each poet will share a selection of work, along with their perspectives on what it means to honour the history of Britain’s Afro-Caribbean community as a means of protecting its future.
Curated by Victoria Adukwei Bulley.
