Plymouth International Book Festival

About

Welcome to the first Plymouth International Book Festival. For ten days in September we're bringing the very best writers, poets, illustrators, musicians and spoken word performers from the UK and around the world to Plymouth. Running between 15 and 23 of September, Plymouth International Book Festival 2012 will be a highlight of the city's cultural calendar. With events on crime writing, science-fiction, literary fiction, song-writing, film translations, comic books, poetry, illustration, zines, photo books and childrens' writing there is something to interest everyone. Highlights include Helen Dunmore, Babette Cole and Audrey Niffenegger, Jorn Lier Horst, Patrick Gale, K O Dahl, Philip Gross and Peter Hamilton, plus some very special guest appearances along the way.
