Join us this summer holiday with artists Florence Dwyer and Simon Worthington for a week of sculpture-making. Playing House is a design and build challenge for children where they will be guided to create a collaborative installation of two life-size rooms of a house; a kitchen and a living room.

Join us this summer holiday with artists Florence Dwyer and Simon Worthington for a week of sculpture-making. Playing House is a design and build challenge for children where they will be guided to create a collaborative installation of two life-size rooms of a house; a kitchen and a living room. Learn and discuss the exhibition ‘Making the Bed, Laying the Table’, brainstorm and sketch to develop ideas, take part in lots of different workshops including casting, fabric dying, quilt making, joinery, and photography followed by a party in the ‘Summer School House’.
Class sizes are limited to ensure individual attention, access to equipment, and the opportunity for discussion so booking is essential.
Lunch will be provided, please notify of any dietary requirements on booking.
