'Playground' draws influences and working tactics from the broad field of leisure, exploring how its activities and spaces are classified. Crowdy is interested in how strategies of building and living are exchanged, focusing on tourism as a space where the boundaries between architect and user are broken down. Through sculpture, photography and performance, Crowdy considers how play is delineated and defined by design logic.
