About
Pit Lad is a Bristol-based documentary photographer whose work covers a diverse interests from every day life, social issues, and political movements. His work is connected by his shared curiosity in people’s stories, a desire to communicate the individidual and emotional aspects of the subject in front of his lens.Whether on East Street or College Green at a rally, it’s the same outlook, being open and present to the reality of situation playing out in front of him, capturing the authentic essence, uncontrived and raw.
In a world that’s becoming increasingly obsessed with simulated artificial moments, Pit Lad aspires to show reality in all it’s messy glory, the beautiful and the ugly.
