Le Dame Art Gallery at Meliá White House Hotel is delighted to present the Photo House ‘Exhibition’2017a selection of the best photographs chosen from the first edition of the Photo House Competition‘On a journey’, curated by Lichena Bertinato.

Visitors are invited to view this thought-provoking collection of images which portray diverse perspectives and visual interpretations of the theme “On a journey”, showing how the photographers took this opportunity to communicate their own vision of travelling and how this experience shapes their view of the world. Beautiful images from minimalistic black & white landscapes to dramatic deeply coloured portraits.

On show: Carolina Costa, Kwok Hei Shum, Angiolo Manetti, Pavel Muller, Karl Schiffman, Reed Galin, Carrie and Eric Tomberlin, Nicolas Raymond, Enrico Fieni and multi-awarded photographer Robin Yong.

The artists have been chosen by a Selection Committee, whose members are UAL, Professor Adrian Mott; Marion Bull photographer and travel writer; Italian wildlife photographer Pierluigi Rizzato, also Director of FIAP Ethics Service; Jill Paider, photographer and CEO of Gilliard Moshe Fine Art Publisher from Los Angeles; Mark Foxwell, Creative Director at Genesis Imaging Ltd; film director Gary Love and video journalist and photographer Barbara Beltramello.

On the Opening Night on the 2nd November 2017, by invitation only, Le Dame Art Gallery will also announce the winners of each category and award the artists.
