Phoebe Kiely graduated from the Manchester School of Art, MMU, in 2015. Her work, They Were My Landscapes is a compulsive collecting of moments, people and places that Kiely passes on journeys and in everyday life.
About
Her practice is founded in the darkroom process, committing to film unnoticed moments to be elevated through fine printing. This continual cycle of exploration and process is driven through a darkroom in the gallery, supported by Ilford Photo, where Kiely can shift and grow the selection of prints throughout the exhibition.
Join Phoebe in the darkroom and either:
- Watch Phoebe make a darkroom print
- Make your own print from your own black and white negative (35mm or medium format negatives)
- Make a photogram
