We are very excited to host two performances, featuring artists Jacob Bullen and Hollie Miller in collaboration with Craig Scott!
About
Jacob’s work follows an in-gallery transformation into Lindow Man. Trapped in physical liminality the Bogman loiters and waits, existing out of place and time. His work wiggles between material and form, playing often with duration and activation and ideas of documentation/realisation; typically alongside questions of identity and being. (Image 1)Hollie Miller will be presenting ‘Sonic Archetypes’ (2020) with musician Craig Scott. Scott’s robotic instruments create organic sounds and the perfect atmosphere for Miller’s transformations. Hollie Miller is a visual artist who uses her body as her primary medium to inquire into embodiment. She often creates rebirth, metamorphosis, shape-shifting, embryology and chrysalis imagery around the state of becoming. (Image 2)
