'From Design to Deconstruction
Ray Sheldon will be talking about his working life as an artist/designer in the ceramics industry and his transfer to full time painter.
About
Ray Sheldon was born in Etruria, Stoke on Trent. At 15 he left school and joined the ceramic industry eventually becoming Art Director at Minton. He worked with some of the most important archives and brands in the world before deciding he would return to his first passion, painting. Today his still life paintings are still formed by the shapes, decoration, colour and line of pots.
Ray Sheldon's paintings are in the Summer Exhibition at Twenty Twenty Gallery.
