Peony Paints - the paintings of Sammi Peoney Dovey

We are delighted to present an exhibition of paintings by local artist, Sammi-Peony Dovey. Sammi says of her work:- "I tend to paint all my paintings in the space of 1-2 days, i liturly paint from 6 in the morning untill 11 at night, unable to put down my brush untill i feel its ready, i am inspired by nautical objects and seascape paintings, the wildlife and boats. My prefered paints are acrylics as i feel with my painting method they dry alot quicker than oils and give a more rough finish which i tend to have in my paintings." The exhibition runs from 27 September until 23 October in our gallery space. Paintings are for sale for £74 each.
