About
This Autumn, The Auction Collective presents PAPER | SCISSORS | STONE, an exhibition and auction of high quality works on paper, textiles and sculpture from a selection of emerging and under-represented artists.
Curated in collaboration with Catie van Beuningen, and hosted for three days at Alon Zakaim Fine Art in Mayfair, the exhibition culminates in an evening’s reception and public auction of the artworks at 7.00 pm on Thursday 8 November. Starting prices range from £80 to £3,500, with no buyer’s commission.
In uniting the diverse mediums in a single exhibition, PAPER | SCISSORS | STONE aims to provoke a dialogue between the different textures, delicacies and forms, whilst celebrating each artist’s individual creative process.
